User side

  • New Story Panel

Digg is well known to post new stories related to various topics. Here in this feature registered user is able to post new stories by choosing appropriate category, title, description, etc.

  • Search Module

Visitors are generally looking for the stories in which they have interest or they are looking for. So here users are able to search their favorite posts by searching it by categories, title, keywords, etc.

  • Social Network Panel

This feature is one of the most useful because users are able to share stories to their social network profiles. Here various social network websites like Facebook, Twitter, StumbleUpon, etc. So this is become very useful feature for every registered users of the Digg Clone.

  • User Profile Dashboard
    • Manage account Setting
      In this feature Users can manage their personal profiles like they are allowed to manage their personal details, their posted stories; users are able to manage their password, etc. User can change his profile picture from his login.

Admin side

  • User management

In admin panel every single users are manageable from back end of the website. Here Admin is able to manage all users’ information, like users’ personal details, permissions on the website. If any unusual activity found on any users’ profile then admin is able to block that particular user from back end side of the website.

  • Category management

Admin is able to add new categories, also able to manage existing categories on the website. Admin can manage all the categories and sub categories from admin panel easily.

  • Manage Static pages (CMS)

Digg Clone have very user friendly Content Management System on the back end of the website, and from there admin is able to manage all static page’s content, images or videos from back end of the website.

  • Manage Report post ( flag/ inappropriate content)

Website admin wants to make website up to date and neat and clean, they don’t want that any spamming activities done on the website from any users. So from here admin can protect spam content by putting blocked keywords in the database so the users are not allowed to add those words in their posts.
